Request Instruction

To schedule an information and/or data literacy session, instructors should submit the Instruction Request Form (below) and, especially if this is your first time scheduling, a 30 minute consultation with a librarian is strongly advised. All requests must be received at least 2 weeks prior to the proposed class session.

We teach a wide range of sessions that cover topics such as:

  • Finding, evaluating, and citing sources and datasets, including open access sources
  • Accessing and using archives and special collections
  • Using tools such as LabArchives, Wikipedia, Zotero, EndNote, TimelineJS, etc.
  • Organizing Research Information, including research data
  • Data Analysis and Visualization
  • Research Topic Formation/Refinement
  • Literature Review and Analysis
  • Systematic Reviews
