The media library is located on the 6th floor of the Howard-Tilton Memorial Library and houses thousands of films on DVD. They can be found by searching the library's website and using the filter "videos" on the left-hand side. External DVD drives can also be checked out.

World Otaku Research Institute (世界オタク研究所)
"World Otaku Research Institute" is a project that aims to build a research institute that focuses on the otaku culture that is expanding around the world centered on anime, manga, and games, the content that is the object of that love, and the content industry that supports it.
Most books on Animation Studies are located on either the First Floor (TR: Technology-- Photography and Cinematography) or the Sixth Floor (NC: Art--Drawing and Illustration). Books on Latin American film will be located on the Fourth floor in the Latin American Library.
