This guide provides information and guidance for maintaining the Tulane University Libraries web site and its general and department pages. Library web pages are created and regularly updated by members of a Content Providers Group whose members each have web page assignments describing aspects of the libraries and their resources, services, and operations. Oversight for the overall design of the site and the organization of its contents is currently provided by a Web Site Oversight Committee. The web site, its templates, and its Drupal platform are supported by staff members in Library IT.
Home page redesign: The Web Oversight Committee and Library IT have begun work on modifications to the design of the library web site's home page, which will likely also lead to modifications to the main "department pages" for locations such as LAL, TUSC, and Matas. Demos will be tested before the changes go live.
Page template available: A new template is available to help content providers ensure that their pages address locations beyond just the main library when needed. See the Resources tab.
