Have you published a book? If so, you can claim your author profile on Amazon.com and add a biography, photo, and other links. While not a scholarly platform, Amazon is used by readers everywhere to buy and review books. 

  • Use Author Central to personalize the contents of the Author Page dedicated to your books
  • The Author Page displays essential information about authors—including bibliographies, biographies, author photos, awards won, and even feeds to blog posts, videos, and a calendar of events
  • Users can follow your profile to get new release updates and improved recommendations
  • Link to twitter feed, logs, and websites
  • Share video interviews, book signing videos, and other videos with readers. Your videos should focus on specific features of your books or your experience as an author.
  • Track sales including sales trends over time and where in the US your books are selling
  • Create an Author Page URL making it easier to share your page
