Teach with The Latin American Library

This Library Guide contains sample lesson plans and other resources that teachers and librarians can use and adapt when collaborating with The Latin American Library, or in their own library and research skills classes.

About this Guide

The Latin American Library regularly collaborates with teachers at Tulane and beyond to support student research, promote the use of our physical and digital collections, and help students develop skills in information literacy and primary and secondary source analysis.

This Library Guide includes tutorials, sample lesson plans, and worksheets that we have designed for in-person and asynchronous instruction sessions at The Latin American Library. We encourage teachers and librarians to use and adapt these resources to meet their own learning objectives.
