Theses and Dissertations Library Guide

Should you have issues submitting your thesis or dissertation, please contact Digital Initiatives at Tulane University Libraries. 

If you are submitting after the end of an academic term, you may not be able to log in to use the submission form since student account access may expire coinciding with the end of the academic term in which you graduate. In this case, please email digital@tulane.edu to request submission via email.

Upon submission, you may receive via email the following Deposit Status Updates:

• SUBMITTED:  Your deposit has been submitted. Tulane University Libraries' staff will review your deposit for completeness and accuracy. Your deposit is not yet published.
• RETURNED:  Your deposit has been returned to you as incomplete or inaccurate. Please correct/address the issue and resubmit.
• APPROVED:  Upon successful review, you will receive an email that your deposit is confirmed as published in the Archive. A link to your thesis or dissertation will be provided.

Congratulations! You have published your thesis or dissertation in the Theses & Dissertations Archive.

• SHARE your confirmation email with your advisor/academic department as verification of completion of this required task for graduation.
