- Start by contacting your department and/or division designee (see list below – if a department needs to change personnel on this list please let us know).
- The department and/or designee should consult the following resources to help resolve staff computer issues:

- Technology Services Support page - http://support.tulane.edu
- Ask for help by clicking "Get Help"
- Browse the Knowledge Base by clicking "Browse Knowledge"
- Email help@tulane.edu for support through email
- Or call 504-862-8888 (just dial 2-8888 for on-campus)
- Look for known issues on these non-Tulane forums (Dell and Microsoft):
- If the issue still can't be resolved, the department designee should email libsupport@tulane.edu.
- Let us know what the problem is, what solutions have been tried, and who has been involved in the effort
- We will collaborate with Campus IT and the designee to find a solution
