Resources in the Matas Library - General Call numbers are QS 1-132 for Anatomy

The Matas Library has flashcards available in the Commons Area for library use.

Most of the required and recommended resources are available to use in the library or to check-out. General Reserve books check out for 2 hours in-house use and may also be checked out 2 hours before the desk closes for overnight use. Reserve books on overnight loan are due 1 hour after the Library opens with hourly fines. Study guides are located in the hallway near the Matas Library Desk and most have 2 day check-out with renewals available.

Our general book collection is located on the Mezzanine level of the Matas library, organized by call number. Most of the titles in the general collection will be available for check-out (4 weeks) and may be renewed.

Selected e-books are included on the guides, but all online books are in the Classic Catalog and Library Search. See some of the online portals for e-books in the basic sciences below.

This e-book collection includes titles on anatomy, embryology, physiology, neuroscience, biochemistry, immunology, neuroscience, and histology. In addition to texts, users can access video clips, self-assessments, clinical skills exercises, and cases for use in problem-based learning.
