EndNote Online is the online component of EndNote. Use it to

All Tulane students and faculty have access to EndNote Online when you download the EndNote desktop software. You can sign up for an account at myendnoteweb.com. For verification purposes, you have to do this from a computer on the Tulane network, using your Tulane email address.
You can synchronize your EndNote Basic library with EndNote 21. The Sync process automatically synchronizes both sets of references so that an exact match exists in both EndNote 21 and EndNote Basic.
The data in EndNote Basic and 21 and are merged in both applications when you run Sync. You will have identical groups and references when Sync completes processing.
The Sync process includes all data changes to references (including file attachments) during the Sync process so that each library matches the other. The Sync process is always initiated from EndNote 21.
