When viewing a catalog record of a book, watch out for the following clues:

• ill. (illustrations)
• Col. ill. (color illustrations)
• pictorial works (as a subject heading)

When looking for books with architectural plans, consider adding these terms to your search: 

• "designs and plans"
• "architectural design"
