Finding books

To search for books in Tulane libraries, use the library catalog.

TIP: Be sure to check the LOCATION to see which library the book is in (ex. Howard-Tilton, Business, Health Sciences, etc.).

Call numbers

Each item in the library is assigned a Call Number. This acts as an address so you can find the book in the library. Howard-Tilton Library has books on all four floors of the building. Use the first letter of the call number and the table below to figure out which floor the book is located.
