This Library Guide has been created for the Seminar in Ph.D. Preparation and Professional Development (SPAN 7960). This seminar is for graduate students in Spanish and Portuguese and in other programs in the humanities at Tulane, who are completing their coursework and approaching the penultimate stages of the program: the Ph.D. exam and dissertation prospectus.
This Guide is designed to connect students in the seminar with scholarly resources available at the Doris Z. Stone Latin American Library and Research Center. The guide highlights a range of print and electronic resources, including reference materials, curated bibliographies, dictionaries, books, articles, dissertations, newspapers, and more.
