The library maintains a modest approval plan through GOBI Library Solutions for education books that is limited to the scope described above, this in addition to a small discretionary fund for important monographs outside the scope of this plan. While the library owns many individual journal subscriptions, a large number of articles from education journals are available through the library's subscriptions to large general "aggregator" article databases.
Selection Tools
The approval plan with GOBI provides Asian materials according to profiles established by various Departments, supplemented by standing orders for monographic series, faculty requests, and individual orders placed at the Bibliographer's discretion.

The library has no endowed funds used specifically for Asian Studies at this time.
