Digital Storytelling with ArcGIS StoryMaps

A digital exhibit uses presentation and display of digital resources (images, sound, video) to tell a story. Throughout the creation process, ask yourself:

• Does my exhibit clearly and succinctly tell a story? (in 10-20 minutes)
• Does it matter? 
• Is it interesting? 
• Who is/are my target audience(s)?

A well-curated exhibit will: 

• provide descriptive exhibit labels 
• provide quality metadata for digital resources

When using sources, ask yourself: 

• Are you doing so ethically?
• Have you identified any stakeholders? Have you involved them in the exhibit? 
• Are you providing proper attribution and contextualization?
