Tulane University Libraries are offering hands-on workshops on getting started with AI-assisted coding to take place started in April 2025.

Instructor: Prof. Loren Gragert, Division of Biomedical Informatics and Genomics

Members of Gragert Lab will also help facilitate the workshop.

Learning objectives:

1. Set up development environment to learn how to code scripts
2. Introduction to AI-assistant tools and plugins
3. Understanding best practices for organizing projects and prompting creation of new features
