GovDocs @ Tulane

U.S. Government Publications (paper copies) at Howard-Tilton are housed at our offsite facility on Jefferson Davis Parkway and may be retrieved, by request (below), as are all materials housed offsite.   Government publications in all formats (paper, microfiche and digital ) are cataloged in the Voyager catalog, and the government publications in microfiche are housed in the Microforms/Newspapers section in Room 201 on the second floor.

For reference assistance concerning government publications please come to the Reference Desk in the Learning Commons on the first floor of Howard-Tilton  (phone 504-865-5606, email libref@tulane.edu). Or contact Jeanette Hunter in the Microforms/Newspapers section in Room 201 (phone 504-865-5683, email hunter@tulane.edu).

  2. You will be contacted ONLY in the event your item(s) cannot be retrieved.
  3. Any forms submitted after 1:00 pm will be processed the following work day.
  4. Items may be picked up from the circulation desk after 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday.
