Please see below for the number and type of enclosures available at the 900 Norman Francis Parkway offsite facility (near the Fine Arts loading dock on the library side of the building); all items are physically arranged by type and there is a "key" hanging near the enclosures to facilitate locating a particular shape/size. All boxes have been labeled with the item number corresponding to their description.

All enclosures are available to special collections staff for library/collection use and are considered "claimed" when they are physically removed from the offsite facility to be used.
Please keep the items in order as much as possible so that the inventory may be periodically updated---loose items are near the front of the pallets with full boxes behind.
